There’s this thing about me; I’m a big sucker for guilt trips.
Seriously though. It’s quite irritating, because by that, I can never make up my mind with what I want, and what I dont. What I like, or what I dislike. Sometimes I feel like I have a split personality disorder or something. Ha ha ha. Possible. I should be less rational about things from now on.

Oh, I realized I’ve been spending alot of money this month. Twilight Saga, movies (namely Twilight), food (yes, what the hell. But I’ve been cautious about the food I eat these weeks. I rarely eat at fast food restaurants anymore. And I’ve been neglecting rice now. Yay!). The bad thing is, to be honest, I actually spent alot of my parents’ money, since I’m not working. I can’t believe I spent (okay, my parents spent) a 100bucks on this little thing for myself;

Although I won’t deny, it’s so damn kawaii, and I guess the fact that it’s pink got me so blinded that I wanted it so much when I don’t quite need it, actually. HEH. So I was on a total guilt trip after my dad paid for it at the cashier, and I decided that I’ll sponsor 20bucks from it. Haha! At least I paid 1/5 of the price ok! Since I dont have much money in my pocket right now…

I do not know why, but it feels odd everytime my parents agree to get me something expensive; especially when I didnt have to whine for it. Maybe because these things only come in once in awhile ever since my brother was born. And apparently, this month, it’s coming in alot. Prolly due to year end bonuses. I mean, duh. If only there’s something such as, mid-year bonuses. I would’ve been able to go to Brisbane with the band la. Tsk. Hahaha.

Nevermind that.

Oh, I’m currently reading Breaking Dawn. So damn nice. Apart from the fact that the stupid dogs irritated me when they wanted to fight The Cullens just because Bella’s pregnant and their doggy brains are so damn pessimistic about it, I think the book is the best among all four. The beginning, especially. I can just imagine the wedding itself. Ahh. I cant wait to be at my own wedding. Hahahaha…

Time flies. It’s coming to the end of 2008 already! Ohmygoodness. Haha.
BFF came over earlier. It’s been quite some time since she hang out over at my place. Yup. She helped me wrap my Twilight Saga with the clear plastic sheets that you use to wrap your textbooks to protect them! At least now I dont have to be so worried if the cover were to have any marks or anything like that. So BFF, if you’re reading this, thank you!

I want to get a new shelf. I’m planning to get more books by Dorothy Koomson, Meg Cabot, and Jodi Picoult. And with the new shelf, I can put them all up nicely and neatly! Smart anot?! HAHA. And I want to repaint my bedroom hot pink! Plus by new pink bedsheets. And get my hammies a new pink cage. It’s so exciting, to think about it. And it’ll all be done by Chinese New Year; that’s what my mum said anyway.

I just realized how powerful words can be. How it can set you free, how it can chain you, how it can propel you back to the midst of a place call hell… And how it can make you feel like you’ve finally let go of one of the biggest burdens you ever had to carry with you. Ah, I’m just saying. No hidden meanings of whatsoever.

Oh ya, I find Internet Explorer so damn irritating. Why can’t it work just like Mozilla Firefox?! Everytime I change my blogskin, IE wont be able to display it for some stupid reasons I do not know of. And in the end I have to remove certain things from my blogskin just so that it can be viewed via IE. Sheesh. Really frustating la.

On a brighter note, I think my current blogskin is pretty, despite being all plain. From MY perpectives anyway. Hahahahahahahahhaa.

HEEHEE. For someone who seem to appear “bimbo” in everyone else’s eyes, I fixed my phone’s bloody mp3 that have not been working for the past few weeks! Woohoo! See, I may be naive about certain things, but that doesn’t mean I’m that dumb ok! So from now on, no one should call me bimbo or dumb or anything, because I’m actually quite smart! Muahahaha. Especially to have fixed my phone all by me-self!

Ok la, fine, I did use Narisa’s idea regarding what to do with it. But STILL… Haha.

After this I’m going to fix my mp4 player that I bought 2 years ago. I finally found it, and it’s been in my closet all along! Like, wth! Hahaha. Of all places… And, apparently, while it was gone, I didnt bother looking for it, until my phone’s mp3 player went crazy, that is. That’s why they say, never take anything for granted at all.

Oh, BFF just called me. She’s safe back here in Singapore! Yay.
I wonder how I survived the past few days lar… hahaha.

I’m currently reading Ecplise. Seriously, some people are just so damn annoying. Pot calling the kettle black. Fancy trying to find ways to break people up when your own son is a freak himself. All I’m trying to say is that, I hate Mr Black and his son!

God, it’s been so long since we hanged out. Haha. Went to catch Twilight at Plaza Singapura’s GV. Despite it being my 21345r215637945136th time watching it, Im still very dazzled by The Cullens. Especially Edward and of course, my dear Jasper!

Okok, enough of twilight already. haha.

Right now, at this point of time, i think i’m feeling quite excited. Haha. Not only because I’m thinking of Edward (HAHAHA), and the fact that I’ll be getting the whole of Twilight Saga soon… But also because I’ll be meeting Dinah tomorrow! We’ll be baking brownies! And we’re gonna have so much fun! hahaha. YAY! Happy!

And I miss my dear BFF. I’m glad she’s coming back here tomorrow also.
So i presume tomorrow will be a happy happy day for me…
Hahaha. But im happy everyday you see. So tomorrow shall be a VERY happy day for me.

Watching Twilight in the cinema made me fall in love with Edward even more.
Although Robert Pattison isnt that handsome to be the Edward I’d pictured while reading Twilight, still, he’s handsome in his own ways. I guess what made me so attracted to him was his character as Edward Cullen, still. Suchan ideal boyfriend! And zomg! Carisle is so good looking!!! So is Emmet. Jasper is pretty cute despite his ‘mad scientist” hair. Alice is cute also! But honestly, I expected Rosalie to be better than that; as described by Meyer. Haha.

The baseball scene was fantastic and cool. Really awesome!
I’m currently addcited to Muse’s Supermassive Black Hole because of that.
And ohmygod. The way Edward fought to protect Bella was… indescribable. In a good way, of course.

And yes, I am a little disappointed that they didnt follow the book itself.
Really. I was like looking forward to certain scenes and it didnt come out.
I mean, come on! Make the movie 3 hrs or whatever. Include the good scenes! Im sure Twilight fans dont mind sitting for another hour to watch the movie. Especially myself! Hahaha. I guess for those who havent read the book yet, you’ll find the movie great, definitely.

Alumni rehearsal was tiring. Oh dear. I suck now, really. Concert’s been pushed back to 7th of Feb. Well, at least there’s more time to prepare for it. Yup.

Twilight hunt

When you can live forever, what do you live for?

BFF and I were freaking on a twilight hunt yesterday. Seriously.
We went from Ang Mo Kio, to Orchard, to Novena, and then to Orchard again (a total of 5 or 6 bookstores) because twilight is apparently sold-out everywhere! Really annoying, you see. Well okay, fine, twilight isnt really sold out. Truth is, twilight was still available in about 3 of the stores we went to, but they were all of this cover! :

So yeah, desperate times called for desperate measures. We were like cursing all those Twilight fans who “stole” this version of the book from us. HAHA. Self-centered, yes. HEH. Saying that while we are now officially Twilight fans ourselves. -.-’

I’m really kinda full of regrets. HAHA. When this cover version of the book was piling up in the stores back then, before it got so popular, I was like thinking,”Aiya. What is it with people and twilight? So over-rated. Falling in love with vampires… So whatever.”

And yet, here I am, still annoyed that I had no choice but to get the one with Edward and Bella on the cover page. Not that it’s ugly or anything, but it’s just… different somehow. Not quite our preference. Which is why, I’m still going to get the original version of the cover once the stock comes again next 2 weeks. Althou definitely for sure, my mum will be nagging at me wasting my money if she finds out. HAHA.

Oh, I bought New Moon, too. Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, I’ll probably get them in the next two weeks or something. Once I finish New Moon, defnitely, which I doubt will take me long since I’m totally in love with Edward right now. And damnit. I want the hard cover versions too! AHHA. But freaking expensive. Sheesh.

I’m tad excited because I’ll be catching Twilight tomorrow before alumni practise, with Liwen Darling. YAY. I’m glad I refrained myself from watching the move first before finishing the book. HAHA. Because one thing about me, I dont watch movies, and still read the book after that. No idea why. Just a habit, perhaps?

And honestly, I think Robert Pattison looked MUCH better last time, when he starred as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter. I seriously didnt realized it was him la! Hahaha. Nevermind that, it was totally unnecessary.

I had a great day with BFF and Azlyn. I havent seen BFF for so long ok! So yup.

AND EH. I have finally gotten hold of Dorothy Koomson’s The Chocolate Run. YESSAH!!!
Managed to borrow it from Aida. Yay. I’m happy! I’ll finally get to read it!
And my hammies are back with me now. I missed them like a whole lot ok! Thank you Grace Anna and Aida for helping me look after them while I was away. They stink now. HAHA. But nevermind. I’ll have them cleaned in no time, since my sis is cleaning them right now.

Anyway. I’m so going on diet. Seriously though. My BMI is now 18.5. Despite it being in a very healthy range, still, wtf?! It used to be 18! I hate being short. I wish I’m taller. Then at least my BMI will be 16 or somthing. Haiya.

Band BBQ tomorrow. I’m planning to cycle. Yupyup! And shit la. We have to be there by 1pm. Which means, I have to wake up damn early since I have to help mum with my bro’s school books, and afterwards, the trip to East Coast Park will be pretty long. Duh.

May I not die vomitting due to motion sickness. D:
There’s this thing about me. I get motion sickness on every vehicle (except planes and MRTs) within 10 minutes of a journey. Especially busses and taxis! Cos they have this strange disgusting smell… And yes, I also get motion sickness in cars!

Tell me, how am I going to take driving license in the future when im always getting motion sickness and i have a fear of the other cars driving on the road?

I feel so sad for myself. HA.

Past few days have been great.

Sometimes I wondered if I was seeing the same things through my eyes that the rest of the world was seeing through theirs. Maybe there was a glitch in my brain. But the cause didn’t matter. All that mattered was the effect. And tomorrow would be just the beginning.

I’m soon to be done with Valerie Frankel’s I Take This Man Whether He Likes It Or Not.
Pretty good book. And, ohmygoodness. Twilight is really good!!! Ok la, I feel quite outdated since so many already read it before, and I’ve just started reading it. But still.
I cant wait for the movie to be released in cinemas. 18 December. Four more days! YAY. HAPPY! Narisa suggested watching the sneak preview for Twilight tomorrow. I’d love to! But then again, neither of us have been to sneak previews before. So I’m kinda worried if I were to pay 7 bucks (or more) only for like, a half an hour show or something.

Cos it’s called Sneak Preview you see! There’s got to be a reason for its name. So can a smart alec please tell me if sneak previews shows the whole show itself, or just a part of it?

Now that I’m back in Singapore, I know boredom will FOR SURE, without any doubt at all, strike me once more. Especially with BFF going away from the 18th till 23rd. God knows what I’ll be doing at home.

I shall have dates with my sweetards; Narisa, Liwen, Diana, and Dinah. Yup!

I never thought lazing around at home can be sucha pain.
haha. I have literally nothing to do except of course, reading books, eating, watching Teen Titans and Gossip Girl online. Ya, searching for a job, it’s coming along I think. Still have to wait and see. Okay, more like, wait and pray that I get to go to interviews for the job after sending my applications. HEH.
