One Last

Everytime I try to take a stand at all,

My Nokia 6500 Slide phone is off to Nokia Heaven already.

So okay, here’s what happened. I was happily studying Geography at Esplanade’s library with Dinah yesterday when I realized I needed to pee. So I stood up, and before I went off, I was hesitating on whether to bring along my phone or not. But I thought,”What if Dinah needed to contact me?” Hence, the decision to bring along my phone to the loo.

Down the escalator, I realized there were 2 loos on the 2nd storey. One near the chinese restaurant, and the other on the err, other side. Again, I was hesitant on going to the loo nearer to the chinese restaurant since it’s so quite at that point of time, but I was too lazy to go to the other side. Therefore, I went to the loo nearer to the chinese restaurant.

So dumteedah, I happily went to the loo and into one of the cubicle. When i found one, I placed my phone at the, err, place where u usually put your bags. The one on top of the toilet bowl. And as I turned to lock the cubicle door, “ploop!” was what I heard.

To my horror, my nokia 6500 dropped into the toilet bowl! I was like,”$#%&!!!!” And as I took it out, all I had in my mind was,”PLEASE work. PLEASE.” Because it’s not the first time I lost or spoilt a phone, and for sure, my mum will kill me.

But no. Nokia 6500 was dead already. It fought hard to survive though. I managed to turn it on for like, a few minutes or so. But now, it can’t be turned on anymore.

AND I’m stuck again with my old Nokia 7373. Although it’s pink, but still! Oh well. But I’ll be changing my phone in September anyway, so, it doesnt matter.

OH BY THE WAY. I watched Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen yesterday.

IT WAS AWESOME. LIKE TOTALLY. HAHAHA. Two thumbs up!

Seventeen

Morning, sunshinesss!

Okay, so I’m seventeen today. But I probably wont have sucha nice birthday celebration after all, since I have to spend the day celebrating with my books and notes and files and pens and highlighetrs… So far, I’m left with one chapter of Econs to cover, and I shall move on to Geography next. I’m finally getting the momentum to study again (i think), so, yay!

Oh, and I went to watch Drag Me To Hell with BFF & Farhana yesterday. It’s a good watch! Very scary though. It had me screaming in clutching BFF’s right arm. HAHAHAHA.

Anyway… latest news from CNA is that school is going to reopen as schelduled.

This year’s OPus is the best OPus I’ve ever performed in. Like Hafiz said, it was the grandest and the most emotional concert ever. BFF and I realized how much OPAW have bonded in the preparation for this concert. Hahaha. Yay, I love OPAW.

Hmm, and after this… Making music would be different without Mr Tan around. But I guess that’s life; we often have to lose the people we love. Ah well, hopefully we’ll be under him again someday.

There’s just too many people I know that are being misjudged at this moment. People whom everyone else considered as silly, juvenile and a complete waste of time, to people who are being judged too, because they are blessed with the amazing ability of deep, complex thoughts, knowledge and intellect. Everyone’s going to be judged in one way or another. So where does that leaves me?

When we look at it this way,
is there really any difference amongst all of us?

Perhaps at this moment, I myself realised that there isn’t any difference among us, after all.

But only at this moment.
For I am sure, very sure that as I climbed onto bed tonight – which I fully intend to do very soon after this – and the next day, I’m pretty sure I’m going to judge the next person who passed by me, wearing a hideous shirt I swore in my head never to be caught dead in, before catching myself again. “You shouldn’t judge!” But I just did.

I guess it’s all very rhetorical.
I have to remind myself, that even though I cannot be perfect, even though I cannot stop judging you, you, you, you and you, I’ll try my best not to hurt anybody, if I can.

Well,
just something I’m thinking about for awhile.

I wish for us to remain strong.

2 more days. We’ll do a good one. We have to.

Hahahahah. I am very tired after uploading the photos here and at facebook; and these are only the shortlisted ones. Oh, it felt gooood to camwhore once again.

Good things come to those who wait

We may be small, but our hearts are large; metaphorically speaking.

Went shopping for concert attire with BFF earlier. I am very happy that I was able to get a nice Cotton On black top for only 15 bucks. Yes, cheap much. Haha. And I cannot wait to get my bursary money withdrawed! There’re so many new tops, skirts, dresses, hairbands that I hope to get. Although, to be honest, a part of me dont see the point of getting ‘em since I wont have the time to go out or whatever. Hahaha.

Even now, my scheldule is so totally packed with rehearsals and revisions. Yes, the 2 Rs. And, the following 2 words:

PRACTISE PRACTISE PRACTISE,
STUDY STUDY STUDY.

These words are alwayssss in my mind. Hmm, ok fine, I havent actually started studying. HEH. Soon soon. I’ve promised myself that I wont allow myself to get too drifted away with the holiday cum concert mood. AND I shall practise what I preached.

For now, what I really need, is a good sleep of at least 10 hours a day. I havent been sleeping well since school started, which probably explains why I’m not growing. Bird is catching up with my height, and BFF is growing like nobody’s business. I’m only at her eye level, or maybe, even below her eye level! This is not a good sign. I need to grow taller before I reach the age whereby I stop growing, which is generally between 18 to 21. D: hahah. Hence I shall get more sleep, and jump more often.

And eh, Night At The Museum is a nice show.
